Seriously how can anybody on here hate a tune cause it sounds like another tune. Half the shit that gets hype has been done before. Can't hate rules of the dance without hating percy imo.. and don't pretend you won't call for a rewind of any of the 10,000 pulse remakes.

Plus.. I'm going out on a limb here.. I doubt Killa P was the first to count in a tune.

Rules Of The Dace doesn't just involve counting like Skeng. His vocal tone, the flow, everything sounds like it.

Anyway as it's actually getting near the end of the year I'm starting to think about a list

just had a quick listen. it does sound a bit like a "i don't condone violence" 2k14 version of skeng

I think the tune itself (regardless of the lyrics) is actually pretty good, surprised people think it's boring. I mean obviously he'd probably add a bit more if it weren't a vocal tune, but I still think as an instrumental it would be large. It's just a pretty solid Kahn tune imo. Don't really care that much about the lyrics to dislike the tune. Sure you could make some sort of ethical argument re skeng but it doesn't change the fact that it's a good tune that is pleasant to listen to for me.

Its undeniably similar to Skeng my point is its not really a great reason for it being labelled a shit tune lol. If that is the reason then theres a lot of tunes you'd have to dislike by default.

Also I really liked the Andy Stott album.
