Something like Disney having the concept of Duckville where every parent is an uncle is much more to the detriment of society as a sort mirror into human existance.

What is liberating about disconnect?

Having no responsibilities to or for anything?

I said it before…

If you expect to call me at 4 in the morning to borrow $300
to get your car out of impound…

You better know - that when I call - it's going to be no question.

I don't do that kinda shit for just anyone.

It's actually more connected. Thing is society doesn't have an alternative, porn is a meta plane for sex, even for the people that dont watch porn. Most of the time it's not even a substitute for a relationship. There's obviously some conditioning down going through society, but I think that is stil healthier than never showing sex or never talking about it. Which was sort of the alternative.

Don't get me wrong it's gross that porn is what it is when we see how insensible and insecure most of it comes across, but it doesn't change it from being this expression of a really big part of human life.

I think you heard that wrong and that it was meant as a eufamism

subject is so complex - it's easy to be vague…

I see what you are saying now - about the expression being just communication…
regardless as to it's content.

That falls into that same discussion I had at school - about the role of media
- being informing
- in a way that it is responsible for forming attitudes
- as opposed to just being information

If everyone was immune to subtle and not so subtle influence…brain washing
It wouldn't be such a big deal - to control the media.

Recently - I am flat out astonished how really bad media
can put the worst things into "vogue"…

and I'm talking about music specifically - the asshat phenomenon.

I have no answers - but I see now that that shit is straight up serious for real.
People are dumb. It scares me.

The future that I was promised would come into fruition
has been completely subverted by Katy Perry.

So - people have to start somewhere on the spectrum of human experience you say…

Don't get too caught up on the severity of the first blow...
