I think it's pretty good, can see this one being dropped in a lot of clubs :)

well wouldn't take it too seriously.. it's just a tune. and the original is annoying to start with. so he shoud have left it. but besides this one i like rusko's stuff. he shouldn't try and get too hype though, that doesn't last

dmz/mala/coki/loefah will still be there, maybe with a lot less tunes, but with tunes that will last for quite a while. just think of some of the dmz releases. they are DEEP, wicked tunes in the dance and TOP NOTCH musical ideas.
True statement. I listened to the intro of this mix and nearly vomited as soon as the vocals started. Fair play to Rusko, I don't mind some of his tunes - but he's put together an abomination with this track. It just seems a shame to label it as Dubstep, real shame. Especially when there are some deep, intelligent producers, that are coming through with big tunes and taking the sound in the right direction.

That's just my opinion of where Dubstep should be heading - I'm not asking anyone to agree. Peace.

still it's just one tune. there are many tunes i don't like, this ones just by one of the big names, no reason to worry about the direction dubstep is heading imo

Don't cry, it's dance music. It makes people dance and have fun. How can you hate on that.

Ah, but let's not forget that Hitler made people dance and have fun.

Emphasis on the word ''made''.

But remixes of shit pop songs CAN be done well. For example:

Britney Spears - Breathe On Me (James Holden Remix)
Kylie Minogue - Slow (Chemical Brothers Remix)

That Rusko remix sounds poo though IMO

Just like someone said (sorry), Without the vocals or doing some pretty fucked up with it in a Joker style this would be a banger.

Hate the original so hard that it's impossible to just hear this just under some dubstep sound with the exact vocal...

Ma bon (as we say) not thinking that this will see the light of day so, who cares

The original of Slow is not on the same level as the original of this song though I reckon, it's not bad IMO

Even if you don't count the vocals, the track is rubbish. He did the top 40's bit right I suppose, but it seems like he forgot to add the dubstep.

When I saw the thread, I actually had somewhat high hopes for it, as I enjoyed the remix of Pro Nails, and I feel that the "stupid pop songs remixed as humorous dubstep tracks" theme has potential.
