My first system... Was looking forward to seeing Mala and VIVEK, but I'm sure we'll still hear the tunes we love. Just need to sort a hotel, any recommendations!?

I'm not knocking VIVEK, like I said he's sick. but i've seen him before. I didn't book a hotel, travel, tickets to just see VIVEK. its money I dont really have right now but was willing to spend because it was an opportunity to see someone i've never had the chance to see before. And that someone has a repuation for being amazing. I've heard of Amit but thats it, i've heard of him and couldn't tell you a tune. It's just a bit of a blow to find out that the whole reason I booked this trip turns out to be a false one. Thats all

As i said I will probably still end up going, will probably still have a sick time when im there but I can't but feel a bit deflated right now.

System's probably one of the best night's I've been to, the vibe there is next level. I don't think Mala not playing will take away from that

Well I just did some research on Amit, came accross a few tunes, all sick. Didn't realise he had been around for so long, ive been sleeping and feel dumb for not knowing him now. This one's ridiculous. Pretty hyped now!!!

first time i heard of amit was when youngsta started playing that 'stay with me tune' with rani on the vocals. started looking around for his older stuff and have to say i'm really impressed. that '9 times' album is fire!

Amit is a don, nuff said. I know V.I.V.E.K. is a big fan of his so I'm sure it'll make for a great night.

haven't heared Amit play out before and im not familiar with his sound but by the bits and pieces ive heard so far Boston Arms should be in for a treat.

just read vivek is gonna do a warm-up session at the SOTU recordstore before hand..

Amit guessed on Yunx's show a few months back? VIVEK was in there with him so they clearly support each other. Either way his 30 mins was pretty large.

I'm glad the whinging about Mala not being there and Amit playing has died down a bit, was starting to look a bit childish... Just have faith it'll be a good night, i even know people who are saying stuff about not going because Mala aint playing, it's just daft

surely this is gonna be packed! really not a lot of room at SOTU! gonna be there nice and early to make sure i get in!

yeah I felt a bit childish after the initial "WHAT NO MALA?!?!?!" had worn off.
Looking forward to a sick night now though

Its gonna be great no matter what imo. Shame Mala isn't there but its not the end of the world. I'm seriously bored as I'm not going out tonight to save it til tomorrow! Come come Saturday!
