Multiple water leaks from the ceiling of my flat this morning. My en suite, the water is collecting INSIDE THE FUCKING LIGHT FIXTURE, and in the hall there's a massive wet patch of carpet near the main bathroom's door, plus we've got wet patches across the ceiling and the walls in the hallway.

Just spoke to the property manager. Apparently, the flat upstairs had water coming through their ceiling (from the roof), but rather than tell anyone about it they just put some towels down.
