will send u a pm. so long as u word it right, they have to reply to it in the way you have told them to. if they fail to provide the evidence you've asked them for, (main ones being an existing signed contract between you , and proof that you showed them i.d) and within 14 days, then you're all sweet. Some of em will send a letter telling you your chatting shit basically, but theres follow up letters out there aswell which seem to have a good success rate. They'll try and use scare tactics and threats of debt collectors and all sortrs but the technical stuff remains the same.

oh and, even if you do appeal a ticket, the worst than can happen is you eventually have to pay it at the orignal price , and not the price they raise it to after a certain ammount of time. so at worst all you're doing is putting off paying it (via 1 -3 letters ) till they get too pissed off with the time they're spending on you and give up cos majority of people pay them without blinking an eye.

Thought i'd put my blaggin skills to the test, and send an email of complaint regarding my monthly ticket that i purchase.
It came to me the other day that on 8 of those days i don't use the ticket (sat/sun). and that's £29.50 worth of travel.
So i thought i'd ask for

a) give me an exclusive monday to friday ticket at a discounted price
b) give me some money back or
c) give me some free bus tickets like they have done in the past.
