Ah, fuck, some white shit on the bottom there, oh well, not supposed to be there obviously. Will post the actual shirt and how it looks when I get it! Hehe.
I'd wear the shirt, I was just making sure you knew.mawltea wrote:Hehe, that's right, I thought about it at some point, but didn't get back to it. Oh damnit, I didn't like it that much anyway.
Oh, man, you know, everything is relative - sounds like your project is of a magnitude completely different to mine (which is basically just a drawing). For me it's being really into something for an hour or two, maybe more, just intensely trying to fit parts together, being in the zone, thinking you've got it - then returning to it a few hours later and maybe seeing it a bit more objectively, or maybe even just more critically, and making a harsher judgment.Jah Know wrote:@ mawltea what constitutes a long time, cuz I been working on this stained glass jesus design for 4 months now and the thing still is being made. Mah eyes have seen the glory (so to speak).
I'm doing 3 windows. I'll post up the design for the other two soon, see if they vibe with the rest. I like working on something this big, but you don't have any idea what you're getting until it's soldered together and lifted off the table for the first time. It's like giving birth.mawltea wrote:

Looking forward to seeing your finished piece, man, looking pretty massive so far!
Hehe, yeah. A dude I know was making lots of crazy glass stuff last year, spent weeks on some things that would eventually get fucked up, but the ones that turned out good were fantastic. He sold one of them last year for about £3000, pretty nifty!Jah Know wrote:I'm doing 3 windows. I'll post up the design for the other two soon, see if they vibe with the rest.
