what would rather be doing? travelling the world playing your music to massive crowds, experiencing new places and new cultures or stuck back at home trying to pencil in a release date for your tunes which can already wait? it's not as if he owes anything to you, he has no obligation to release his music and when he does he can do it when he wants.

correct but i think code is right... its up to non+ at this point, assuming the claims that it was forthcoming last year were true... if they werent i can actually see this becoming another lost dub. heres hoping that doesnt happen :|

Dubstep releases are always slow to get out, I've waited a lot longer for other tunes to be released so don't lose faith - Skream played it on his radio 1 show just a few months ago and it's not like labels to just drop tunes that are forthcoming.

very true... didnt want to make it seem like i had lost hope but these things do happen (labels just dropping tunes that are forthcoming). Distinction- Deadbeat rings an immediate bell, tune was signed by two different labels after it was made in 04 and was forthcoming like at least on 3 separate occasions and the man himself JUST announced that he was gonna give it away for free cause it never hit the racks :(

As soon as the label has paid the artist for one of his tunes it is completely up to the label when they are going to release it.
So from that point on the artist doesn't have any influence on the release dat of his tune, all he knows about that is what the label tells hin, so we can't really blame Skream.

Considering the amount of production and DJing Jon Convex and Boddika have been doing recently, it's not surprising that this one is being held up. Guy's are putting an insane amount of work in elsewhere
