More to the point these sadistic crimes were being perpetuated by high ranking officials in the USA, hence the documentary was seized and all known copies were destroyed at the eleventh hour, prior to its intended first broadcast on the Discovery Channel on the 03rd of May 1994.

Some time later however, some unknown individual(s), someone with a conscience, ensured that a rare copy resurfaced, sending duplicates anonymously to trustworthy sources. The version was an early rough edit and was of poor quality (as you can now see for yourself) but the message was/is now out for all to see.
