i remember hearing know yourself by double helix on boomnoise and pokes show. it was a profound moment when i heard it and every time i hear it now in the few mixes it features in i still freak out a bit. its a serious tune, i want it ):

Been rinsing LHF mixes at work once again. Quite special how even after the amazing double album, the mixes are still full of unreleased gems that I would love to get my hands on.

So I emailed the people that do the tshirts and that aaaaages ago and theyve never got back to me, is there any way I can buy or even see the stuff without having facebook? Don't see why I should be bullied into social networking, haha.

Can anyone confirm what slot the show is now though? I mean I'm busy pretty much every Sunday night anyway so perhaps it doesn't matter but the shows never seem to get upped on the Sub.FM archive anymore
