you aren't born with an inalienable right to not be 'flashed' - in some cultures there literally wouldn't be words to even describe the concept. in ALL cultures there is a concept of murder and in none of those is murder acceptable, and in no way is your right to not be flashed equivalent with your right to not be murdered.
