can we just call the company and ask them? ill do it on my lunch break.

So calling one brick "a lego" is wrong, therefore calling multiple bricks "legos" is wronger

Let's say if you're stateside, then you got some Legos. If you're in England you got yourself some Lego. If you're flying or on a boat in between the two, you have no reason to have any Lego-oriented material discussed or played with. Furthermore, if you are in any other country, you can make up your own plural and singular words for the toy. For instance in France, you could have Legeaux or something.

taken care of......i left a message AND emailed the LEGO company. im sure theyre going to say that it isnt lego or legos. the whole brand thing will come into play and theyll say its "go pick up your LEGO blocks"....we will see when i hear back from them.

yeah it's sort of used as a collective noun isn't it?

'lego' doesn't refer to one brick so 'legos' doesn't make any sense..

Thank you for your question -we get this one a lot! Neither are technically correct, but we have taken stance that there should never be the letter s in LEGO. If you are asking what we preferred then we should prefer the term LEGO to describe the bricks and company rather than LEGOs if we had to pick a sides.
