-classic older sounding dubstep, there's a lot to say, but obviously dmz: mala, coki, loefah. pinch, distance, el-b, kode9, d1, vex'd, toasty, kromestar and tons of others

cannot stress the importance of tempa as an "early dubstep" label. check out literally the first 10 releases.

i think post your suggestions here and pete would probably edit the original post to include it, it does seem a little out of date not including those guys yeah, probably when it was done thelem and commodo were more using that type of sound (although i'd never really have included commodo with dungeon, airtight/gassin definitely has that sort of growl sound)

Hmm yeah your right there, Lurka/Gantz/Las use some reeses here and there in their tunes as well but i dont think that makes it dungeon.. Theres much, much more to their tunes then those shitty neuro mids and rumbly pads you hear in dungeon all the time. There should be a whole new section for these guys.
