Didn't read the thread but you need to get your strains and dosage sorted. Obviously if you smoke a half O of heavy indica your eyes will dry out from staring at the wall.
But smoking a small bowl of sativa gives me that pep and creative edge. Also keeping your tolerance low is key so you don't need to smoke your bodyweight in plant matter to get high.

IMHO paranoia come from negative energy that 3 main reasons are responsible for;

Mind: A river of unfiltered profound or concern thoughts about everything, from noticing the cop in the car behind you to alien life forms or death.

Body: Enhanced awareness of one's own physical health that can't be ignored.

Soul: Guilt, shame, fear and anger from introspective analysis at events you did or something that was done to you. Or empathy to someone or a situation.

I'm tooting my own hypothesis, I love eating weed and it curbed my binge drinking ( I could drink 160oz of beer in a span of 2 hours) to just consuming 1 or 2 cocktails. Also, to curb your paranoia you could use 1/8 of MDMA pill (if you have access to one), do a couple of push ups (endorphins), eat a piece of chocolate (dopamine) or just force a smile as it is scientific fact you will be in a happier mood if you do so.

that reminds me of one of my mates who used to get properly fucked up on nights out and used to basically fuck himself up with one type of drug, counter it with another, then again and again. It was like some bizarre form of self medication. He whitied each and every as well
