That said, I really hope this place stays strong. Since I've joined I've met a tonne of people many of whom I would include among my best mates now, I've been to so many nights which I would never of have the balls to go to by myself because I wouldn't have known anyone and It's really nice to be part of a community like this. Granted there are a few fassys, but you can just foe em if it gets annoying.

only interesting thing imho, I always tend to answer first and read the other comments afterwards so I edit stuff a lot

we will not force you to Discourse, but we would like to let you try it...
many people have asked why is there house but not other music subforum,
so we thought we could make new subforum for other music, and build it on Discourse engine ...
then you could go to this experimental lab section to try using new engine,
and if you don't like it you can continue to use forum as it is without any distractions

think a lot of people would leave if you force it too not saying it is bad
but that continuous scrolling no pls no, imagine the youtube links, would be detrimental and I love to go through music threads from page 1, not quite sure how it would work so if someone could explain more and assure me it's not the fb scrolling type

and another subforum for other music maybe yes, but lets not forget there was a hiphop / dnb subforum in SNH too you merged it because it rarely got checked iirc (apart from some ppl) and SNH was very active back then - just sayin'- but the music threads keep going which is a good thing (since they're the only thing I check these daysà)

I think the problem with yt vids could be circumvented by hiding them behind spoil-tags as a default. so you'd have to click on the "tag" to display the vid - your browser wouldn't need to load 100s of videos at the same time then.

the Kanye West section is fairly inactive, it's more of just a general hip hop forum these days. Very active, lots of discussion, early access to leaks and exclusives. Great place.
