I don't know where you are getting this shit lol. I make deep tunes, Deadly makes deep tunes they just don't see the light of day because the market doesn't demand those types if tunes. It is plain and simple. We also make tunes that are more marketable but that isn't the reason I make them. I like that sound too. It's pretty simple I am not sure why you are trying to stir the pot here. Troll?

well how else is the majority of people going to hear a tune if it's not on a label or getting play from a known dj for the most part
and vice versa my deeper stuff generally is going to end up in the hands of some labels i shop it around to, my myspace and the select few djs i give it to
and you're right about people making music for themselves first, hell i have a bunch of tracks i'm sitting on that only i or a select few have heard, just think you don't understand how the scene works with regards to styles and what gets heard by the general public, the whole 99% of the same thing is in the labels who sign the tunes hands, not the producers

not dubstep exclusive producers as many tend to also play a bunch of the west coast 80BPM - 100BPM bits too but there's a lot (Some mentioned already):

Seriously though, there are tons of people stateside that really are doing their thing. My friends in socal are really surprised at how dubstep is growing down there. Up here in seattle shift never ceases to amaze me. Hopefully dubstep is here to stay.
