Last time I was in Mijas, I overheard a father ordering "Dos steaks con fries and a couple of Grande Servasers, por favor"

They got what they wanted and barely even had to raise their voices. The waiter obviously appreciated them staying true to their roots.

The waiters here all speak English. I've been given the German menu a couple of times when I've been out in central.

When you get a group of friends in a big city (london or manc or whatever) say 5 are black, 5 are asian and 5 are white is it surprising that they all use the same words and talk in a similar accent?

Its not a fake accent/voice if most of the people you know around you talk like that. This version of the language is native for them.
