Just refuse to leave, he wont have a case in court for eviction if he's in breach of contract

if he wants to evict you he will have to go through the courts which normally takes a couple of months even if you dont have a contract at all

Been looking into how much paid holiday im allowed. I'm entitled to 26 days holiday off a year legally. Although here i'm only entitled to 20? which includes any days off sick and the 3 days we're closed over xmas. What to do? hmm.

Has it not been pro-rata'd as you didnt start in January?

ask them about how many holidays you have, when they tell you just say something like i thought you legally had to have 26 days atleast..or something like that
basically let them know you know your shit, thing is if you fight too much your gunna have alot more than 26 days off

I thought it was minimum 24 days legally?
