Anyone ever stare at themselves so long in the mirror you kinda forget who you/realise who you are.

Only done it a handful of times and it's really hard to maintain but I can almost see myself as a stranger, fucking weird feeling.

I have this really bad habit of making 2 step beats with my hands just as I'm walking around.

Slam lower palms together for kick.

Fingers on palms for hats.

Knuckles on palm for snare.

Knuckles on knuckles for high snare/rim.

With the odd clap thrown in for good measure.

i scrunch up my scalp-skin into huge wrinkles not unlike those of a bulldog.. its sometimes the only thing that relieves my neck and head aches
i love the feeling of plucking hairs out of my brow

i constantly fantasize about the absolute worst ending to every scenario i find myself in... just a basic example, if i'm driving, i fantasize about another maniac driver smashing into me and destroying me... or i imagine if a child ran out into the street as i turned my head and i ran them over and killed them
but not just "what-if" kinda fantasies, i imagine each and every detail and how it would go down given my current circumstance and surroundings
Elevator shaft death plunge, poisoned medicine, drug overdose, etc. etc.
i don't want any of it to happen but i can't stop picturing devastating incidents.

I do this but only when I'm using some form of transport.
If I'm in the car with someone/on a train/bus I will always think about it crashing, I used to take the pass code off my phone before going on these encase there was need to use my phone in a blind panic. Stopped that now though
