Averaging well over 100 shows per year, ‘Foreign Beggars’ are one of the most prolific and versatile Hip-Hop outfits to emerge from the UK.
Consisting of MC’s Metropolis and Orifice Vulgatron, producer Dag Nabbit, Human Beat boxer Shlomo and DJ Nonames
With roots ranging from jazz and classical training, to years of writing recording and performing hip hop, death/power-metal and drum & bass the group’s varied experiences combine to create one of the most explosive live rap showcases on the planet.
Individually, ‘Foreign Beggars’ have achieved a range high profile accomplishments from appearance s on Bjork’s ‘Medulla’ album and the Gorillaz single ‘Tomorrow Never Comes’, to remix production for Amp Fiddler and Corinne Bailey Rae, and touring the States with James Lavelle’s UNKLE outfit. Whilst also having collaborated with a slew of hip hop heavy weights including Stones Throw’s OhNo, Guilty Simpson, Wildchild and Dudley Perkins, producer supreme DJ Vadim, Dabrye, Scratch Perverts, Skinnyman, Task Force and Spain’s Griffi and Tote King they have worked from a host of other genres including Vex’d, Virus Sundicate, Natalie Williams, Noisia and Ram Record’s Subfocus.
Championed on national radio by Zane Lowe, Pete Tong and Tim Westwood, Nonames and Orifice are now into their second year presenting a weekly hip hop and grime show on the BBC Radio.
Whilst running one of the most respected Hip Hop record labels in the UK “Dented Records”, and organizing events throughout the country, they have performed on stage and opened for Snoop Dogg, Amy Winehouse, Public Enemy, Pharoahe Monch, Iain Brown, Femi Kuti, Mark Ronson, Talib Kweli, Roni Size, Asian Dub Foundation, Pendulum, K’Naan, Wu Tang Clan, Kano, Masta Ace, Herbalizer, East 17! Roots Manuva, and many more....
This year they have featured on the Top 40 anthem BADMAN RIDDIM by Vato Gonzales and have recently collaborated with Fluv Pavilion & Skism on Circus Records' latest release JUMP.

One of the shining lights of the Kent Dubstep scene over the past few years J:Kenzo has steadily risen up the ranks to become one of the most respected heads in the scene.
After experimental releases on the likes of Argon, Soul Shakerz and the enigmatic 2nd Drop Records, he turned heads in 2010 with a release on Caspa's Dub Police, and his 130BPM alias Fiberoptiks on Roska's Kicks & Snares imprint.
Earlier this year he put out his most prolific release to date, The Roteks on the legendary Tempa Records, home to the likes of Skream, Benga, Horsepower and Coki.
Expect an hour of exclusive dubs and chest shattering riddims from this local boy.

Dartford's local heroes have won praise on their tunes and remixes from NME Magazine, Radio 1’s Kissy Sell Out and Jaguar Skills, as well as received support from the likes of Eddie Temple-Morris at XFM, Crookers, Plump DJs, Foamo, Crookers, Lee Mortimer, Chuckie, Jay Robinson, Radio 1s Nick Grimshaw.
They've just recently released their debut Leeches EP on Four40 featuring up and coming Grime MC, Koder. Definitely a pair to watch!
