yeah, being a bit intelligent makes a lot of things very convenient, this is what i'm preaching, don't linger, you can do better!
ie an intelligent person knows that "you get along fine with intelligent people" doesn't necessarily imply "everybody you don't get along with is an idiot", but it happens a lot when you're fairly intelligent, considering the overwhelming number of idiots you can't avoid in life. they're like the undead from resident evil, running around to eat brains...

You have one of the biggest ego's I've ever seen in my life. You'll do everything to win the discussion. You find ways to talk yourself out of it or to blame another person.

Is it because you're terrified of someone proving you are wrong, causing your whole belief-system to collapse? It's like you rather have a car running you over then to loose a discussion.

Why? That's what I'm asking myself...

Is it because you have too much time and have nothing better to do? Is it because it makes you feel good, not depressed like most of your normal days are? Or is it maybe to boost your self-esteem because of your insecurity and lack of self-confidence?


But to be perfectly honest, I don't really care because I don't care about you, personally. You're just the next dick in a long line of timeless dickheads. Actually you're not even worth the 2 minutes I spent in typing this reply.

And the best advice from us (most people of the forum, I'm sure they'll agree) is to learn better not being a dickhead who wants to be right all the time. Try to put yourself in the place of others. At least try to imagine how another person thinks of something. Even if you still think it's wrong.

And by the way, your rational way of thinking does NOT applies on the more subtle quantum level. That's also why you have a hard time understanding what parson says I think. Actually quantum shizzle is in a way the exact opposite of "rational" thinking..

Understanding the universe is something that goes -undoubtly- beyond our capability to think or reason. Think how hard it is to do simple math while really really high or drunk. At that point it seems impossible. Same applies when not drunk: you can't think on some levels because you just can't.
