Dont think I have been to a non music club night since I was at uni about 4 years ago.

Id rather be crammed into the back of corsica studios, eyes down by the subs with tears of grimey sweat trying to get tinnitus
you must have a gf then
Pics or she doesn't exist ;)
with vagina to prove she is of the female kind :W:

Most birds who go to the more underground edm nights normally fall into 1 of 3 categories: 1: Ugly, smelly and dreadlocked rave slag 2: Complete fuck-head(takes loads of drugs) rave slag 3. Someones boyfriend. Or sometimes a combination of all 3. :6:

parson, pkay I can totally understand why you enjoy playing dancefloor tunes to drunk kids. It's fun to feel like a rockstar...
Why do y'all have such a hard time understanding that some people have no interest in being in a crowd like that? Raves are fun but it's also okay to not enjoy them..

Also, I have an okay time meeting women in real life... nice to see them in the dance but pretty much the least important part of a club night for me. Drunk girls on stage can be a night ruiner tho...

this has nothing to do with what I or parsons play as artists. The bits I mentioned weren't even shows I was playing at. As a fan attending an event it's always a plus when the crowd in general is having a blast..... and I'm sorry but if a thousand people are having a blast and you're the one person who is upset, then the problem isn't the crowd, it's you.

If you show up to an event and everyone around you is dancing and you're for some reason upset, then go the fuck home and let everyone else have a good time.

You're trying to make this as a slight against parson and my personal tastes and implying we compromise our tastes for the crowd. We're both 'older' party goers who started partying in a time when the sum of a show was more important than its individual parts.

It's upsetting that party goers these days are trying to have a good time about as hard as they're trying to have a bad one. They're looking for something to go wrong instead of just trying to have a good time with their friends.

I not saying that. I'm saying you do what you enjoy... Why is it so difficult to understand that some people have a different idea of a good time from you?

Totally agree, but someone enjoying themselves, what they wear, their choice of neon attire, their choice of hats, shoes, the way they dance, where they dance, etc should not factor in to anyones enjoyment or displeasure.

Messageboard culture has created a need to validate the 'true fan' level of every show. A true fan is someone who enjoys the music not someone who can name Mala's hair dresser.
