Err, I got drunklost on my attempted journey from the North... homing instincts kicked in when I got off the bus to change at Oxford Circus... by the time I'd realised I wasn't supposed to be walking home, bed had become incredibly attractive. I'm sorry!

Last night was fucking wicked, if a little rammed at the club. Damu's live set was hench, they were cranking out the 2-step classics in room 2 (though some of the mixing in there was fucking diabolical) and Ifan Dafydd's DJ set was hands down one of the most bat shit crazy hours I've had in London in ages. It wasn't so much a moshpit as the entire dancefloor bouncing at the same time.

And I stayed sober for the duration


Also, biggups to the lad who managed to scale the 15ft high wall to get into the smoking area around 3am, only to be ejected by the bouncers approx. 1min later whilst still doing a lap of honour and celebrating the fact he'd snuck in

Damu and Ifan Dafydd's sets were definitely amazing! I was completely sober the whole night but still managed to bounce quite a bit. Not sober by choice unlike Wub. Fucking bar queue was mental, and the one time I managed to get a drink the bastard gave me a double vodka with soda water or something equally rank!!!!

If you thought there was some horrible mixing in Room 2, that was nothing compared to the complete pile of crap that was one of the b2b DJs in the last hour in the main room. One guy was alright, but the other guy fucked up the sound everytime it switched over to his laptop. And he wasn't mixing tunes so much as crashing a new random tune into the non-existent flow. Actually had to leave before 6am because it was soooooooo bad! Fortunately the tube station was open.

The last DJ in Room 2 played some whacking great tunes with stupidly heavy bass! Not sure if it was TCTS or someone else because the set finished at 5.30am and I only caught the last 15 minutes.
