biome - deleted it on fb but complained about the deconstruction on this post..
"i've decided if the 140bpm stuff is dying off and the next new thing to go to is supposed to be techno or house i'm gna go back to doing dnb. i need to hear some new music that excites me not 10min long loops with little glitchy perc sounds and the same 1note string throughout. listened back to a 90's dance classics cd yesterday and it was so much more interesting than todays music. i actually think we're at the point where we've let technology take over the music. things i hear today sound like the producer had more fun messing around with toys than we do listening to it.- just my opinion"
my input was something like 'shouldnt make music for people, and stopping making music u enjoy because 'its dying off' says a lot about someone'

and also

skream - messaged him on fb a few years ago asking about smokers or something and he was relatively aggy and said 'the worlds so much bigger than fucking dubstepforum bro' or something. maybe misconstrued me

you know, in regards to joe nice's comment - are we sure it was "DEAD to me." (emphasis on the dead) or "dead, to ME." emphasis on the fact that it's dead as far as he's concerned because he doesn't find interest in it anymore

I like Joe Nice a lot, but why do you have to mention that something is dead to you if it is really dead to you? Just let it fucking be, good that it's dead for him innit? It isn't for me, imho little respect for the people who still contribute to this forum. It's basically saying there's nothing worthwile for him here, doesn't mean it's dead for others is it? But putting such a message on a social network WHAT DOES HE GAIN FROM THAT? A certain coolness amongst other "too big for this" guys...? It doesn't help the forum nor the scene does it and will only keep more people away from this dead place. If they weren't so damn negative about dubstepforum it would've helped this place more then shitting on it in front of all your sheep. Negative brings forth negative innit

edited with reasoning as to why I find it a bit shitty. The worst part is I can't explain myself to full extent, dreadful :(

I know Joe Nice is a really nice guy and doesn't mean in it a bad way but he should've thought it through (just like all the others) twitter/media is such a shit tool

Maybe we just haven't developed sufficient social filters both on the transmission and receiving end of twitter to prevent these insidious slithering thoughts from moving through our collective experience.

Ie, just let it go, bro.

Really?, I see so many tunes from everybody here in their sig, or mixes, or advertising. Guess they don't produce it themselves
yeah, you're right MiRrEn
there's actually only a few of us scenester rag-pickers on here
trying to soak up the gravy from all the brilliant producers
