Badger b2b Riddles probably counts as the most random set I've ever heard played out. Starting off with that Destiny's Child remix, immediate wheel It was stupidly good though!

Missed exfox's set, caught a quarter of Pete's stomping set. Really enjoyed Parris' set. Got a bit blurry after that but Wolf's set was really good too! Lyeform's set got cut short

Big up Clifford and Wolf scrambling around in the dark trying to keep the soundsystem going!

Decent crowd in there? Receptive? Well done pulling it off anyway.

Was mostly ninjas and friends. I think Wolf's set went down really well with the randoms. Bar staff were friendly, bouncer was chilled.

Big up everyone, was a sick night and great to meet some of you.

Big up those of you that came down. It was basically a massive ninja party. I mean I almost feel like we could have done it sans headliners and it will still a sick time but we did sell some tickets on RA and my gfs said that atleast 6 people walked by and said "oh sht is Parris playing here!?" and came in off that alone.

Some comments said to me and over heard:

"I went to Forward once and this is kind of like Forward"
"I duno what the fuck is going on in there, its creepy, just loads of people stood around in the dark nodding and moving about, like some ritual shit"
"I think they are sacrificing animals or something in there" -squad of fully shirt and cardigan wearing guys
I think Ch3 heard a few more good ones.

Shit loads of people commented on how cool the stamp was


Everyone played awesome sets, I hate that I had to run about so much and missed load of Petes and Tom/Badgers though but I guess I was allways going to miss shit.
Parris's set was really good, its a shame the sound system was collapsing in on itself at that point.
Again a massive thank you to Wolf and Clifford for keeping that shit heap together. I think we were running at like 20% outside of the then crowd facing monitor and yet Wolf still smashed it. Lyeforms Au serve remix drop went down well haha.

We did well on the doors, both our gf did an awesome job on the front.
I think we do want to do another party but we are going to give it atleast a week or so before we start talking about it properly cos fuck me is it exhausting.

I have it in my mind to do a halloween party but we shall see I guess. Def a better soundsystem and a later opening time, later running time to boot.

So yeah big up everyone and thanks for coming down.

Big up the suited and booted clapham preppie mandem who actually got into wolfs banging og grime set.

I thought this went REALLY well for a first event... we had to bail just before the end of Riddles/Badger, but everything up to that point was great. Few teething troubles with the sound, but I think that's to be expected and it's better to learn those lessons early than late!

Pete's set for the hedzzzzz was great and Riddles opening with a Say My Name remix pretty much set the scene for one of the silliest and MOST FUN b2b sets I've seen outside of a houseparty. Everyone was loving it. Great little hardcore interlude from Badger too.

Gutted we couldn't stay for more, but it was lovely to see you all - especially kay and cliff who I hadn't seen in TIME. I was in such a good mood I couldn't even make good on my promise to shank m8son on my way out. Roll on the next one! Do Halloween Ryan!
