Hyetal has pricked up the attention of many with his productions, obtaining that hallowed MAH mix slot and garnering releases on Formant, Reduction, Planet Mu,Soul Motive and Punch Drunk. It is certainly an exciting time for this producer from bristol, when listening to his music, the reason for the hype that is surrounding him becomes instantly apparent; his subtle, yet assured use of melody and harmony, along with his delicate use of percussion, creates a sonic fragility that is full of energy and emotion.

Planet Mu’s new kid on the block, Slugabed released the Ultra-Heat Treated EP earlier this year to much acclaim. His dense, post-nintendo crunk is killing it right now… after his recent split with Coco Bryce, Slugabed comes equipped with the goods to execute a set of future-dubstep. His sound is firmly rooted in hip-hop – Dilla’s off-kilter lope is embedded within the DNA of Slugabed’s drum programming – but soaks up all orbiting influences & spits them out covered in a neon goo that screams SLUGABED!

The formidable DJ duo SDUK & CNTRST have been ripping up the London scene with their notorious mixing and selection abilities for a few years now and we are proud to present them for their Nottingham debut. SDUK recently released his bassheavy ‘Clunge’ on Starkey’s label (Slit Jockey) and has received support from the likes of James Blake, Baobinga and Crookers. He also has a full length LP forthcoming on Slit Jockey later this year. SDUK’s partner in crime CNTRST has equally impressive mixing abilites and a mighty fine ear for all things dubstep/2step. Expect a bag of innovative Dubstep, Wonky, Hip Hop, Grime, Bashment and Funky dubs

FANTASTIC MR FOX (Black Acre/Hemlock)

Based in Manchester but originally from Wolverhampton, Fantastic Mr Fox has been producing since the age of 14, gradually taking elements from a variety of genres and adding them to his sound.

Following early remix work for acts including Maps, Shitdisco, Soweto Kinch, Polar Bear, Just Jack and Untold, in 2009 Fantastic Mr Fox began to release his own material on Hemlock and Black Acre Recordings. His music has gained support from artists and DJs such as James Blake, Starkey, Steve Lamacq, Mistajam, Daedelus, Untold, Martyn, 2562, The XX, Bjork and Mount Kimbie.

He has just returned from supporting the mighty XX on their USA tour so expect a load of Jamie XX dubplates that you know all the girls go crazy for.

South Yorkshire bred producer & DJ Blawan debuts in Nottingham with releases on Hessle Audio, Folkwood and the legendary Warp Records under his belt. His debut release on Hessle Audio was critically acclaimed with the A-side Fram featuring on the Dubstep Allstars 7 compilation. His tracks have featured heavily in the playlists of DJs such as Oneman, Ben UFO and as a DJ he recently represented the Hessle Audio team at Fabric as well as on their Rinse FM show.

SIGNUS (Gangsta Boogie/Radio Frequency) **Nottingham Debut**

Signus prides himself on representing the entire Dubstep sound in every live set/radio show he plays, and in recent months is gaining a lot of recognition for it. Originally making a name for himself in York running the successful “Uprooted” Dubstep event, he now resides in Leeds and can be caught playing out all over the North from Leeds, to Hull, to Manchester. At the mere age of 20 he is producer J.Sparrow’s (Earwax/Contagious) DJ of choice and is also a DJ representative for Heny G's "Gangsta Boogie" imprint.

Swedish duo Claes Rosén and Ola Näslund (aka L-Wiz) have been making dubstep since 2000 but they really started turning heads when Caspa released their “Girlfriend” 12” on his Dub Police label in 2006. L-Wiz generally falls in the mellower end of the dubstep spectrum, although they do occasionally indulge in what they like to call “headcrushing satanic basslines.” Now a key name in Sweden’s blossoming community, L-Wiz is a part of Stockholm’s All Out Dubstep crew and has also released music on Redvolume, the country’s first dubstep label.
