i found it a bit difficult too, he mixes bare fast and isn't that interested in saying what the tunes are at all
swear down saw him drop and old school one from him and geneeus and the cdj tracktitle had mp3torrent style tags on it lool
did you get that he mixed in the red levels wise the whole time, was stressing bare that he'd fuck up the recording/i'd ask him to turn it down and get told to fuck off haha

Yeah was in the red from the start pretty much but tbh they've got a decent hardware compressor that squashes anything b4 the stream quite nicely so it doesn't matter that much - obvs would be better in green/orange but the monitors were pretty much full whack already + they just wanted to crank it
+ it sounds ok on the podcast tho

Yeah novelist is sick, he just got very popular very quick so hes everywhere atm.. can tell hes an extremely hard worker and a huge fan of the music, gets so gassed when the legends spit old lyrics.
