Agreed, America is way too saturated with pop. Around where my mom lives in New York, there are a lot of trance heads over there. Around where I live though, brostep started to spread in 2011 uncontrollably but went back to it's electro house roots by 2013. Don't get me wrong, I congratulate all the big names out there for their success (squirrel x and others). But it's sad that the majority of people in America don't look back to the roots and find out where dubstep originated. Like that one dumb ass that said it started a couple of years ago!
