how do you guys list your mixes & sets? I mean I list those of whom I have many in their folder (obvious) but I have a lot of ppl of whom I only have 1 set and it doesn't seem worth it to go put 1 set in a folder each time... (500 different folders ?? yeah fuck that)

i've got a folder for mixtapes in with the rest of my artists n shit, then within that there's a folder for rinse shows, one for luckyme mixes and one for all the others i've got. just arrange them by artist within those

Pretty much the same.

yeah I have those rinse/EE/etc folders already but the other 500 mixes are each one mix from one person... so I'd have to put like that one faze mikaye set in a faze mikaye folder and this x 500... Seems a lot of work
and if I list them by genre what to do with crossover mixes (jungle - dnb, garage-grime, grime-dubstep, dubstep-other stuff, garage-dubstep, etc) if anyone has suggestions, pls

Fuck folders. Just give them "Mixes" as genre or put "type:mix" in the comments field of the MP3 data and then make a smart playlist that filters on the genre/contents of comments and BAM. Ya done.

yeah I used to have 1 big folder, could hardly open it, 2000+ in it...
Nils, how can you make such a smart playlist? I'm not very smart ;D but how can it filter based on genre/content of comments, not following really
