Try both and see which works for you.
This is a good response. You can look for all the info you´d want and it still doesn´t work for you.
First of all what do you like more out of the two? Choose that one, that gets you motivated a lot better (personally i hate a crosstrainer and would never be motivated to use one, even if it's in my house).
Also I don't think one is really better than the other, atleast not much.

Depends on the exercises, how far into your workout you are and what type of workouts you do.

Either however long it takes my gym bro to do his set, or about a minute.
However, I'm usually pretty restless at the gym, so while I'm meant to be resting, I end up doing pull ups or something.

when I drop set I'll rest 20-30 seconds, normal rest is about 2 min and when I'm deadlifting im rooted for 5 sometimes 10 minutes.

nah, that's normal for a lot of people. I'm the same if I go too low. I've removed dips from my workout completely for that reason

Yeah, I've fucked my pec again and I suspect it was dips that did it. Couple of years back, there was some "separation" where the pec attaches to the sternum, and I've fucking done it again. #FuckDips

Dips are sick, maybe your hands are too close together or something?

Dips are great, work on your mobility in your shoulder and pecs etc. You also not going to squat deep without first getting good mobility in the back, hips, knees and ankles right?

I actually like dips, that's why I was doing them.

Switched my stack up to remove some of the unnecessary bits;
- Multi Vit
- Fish Oil
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Whey Isolate
- ZMA
Took Molzie's advice on not having a preworkout, can't say I really notice any difference now between having one and not, plus my lifts are still increasing so all good.
Also read the stuff Gene posted re; BCAAs and decided they're probably not for me, so they were cut.
At the moment on 5g of creatine a day, read that this can be taken twice a day on workouts, but have switched to a Push-Pull-Legs-Rest cycle away from my four day split for the next eight weeks so wondering if this is worth my taking 10g of creatine three out of four days?
Also looking at switching the diet up to vary a bit more, this chicken/brocolli/quinoa blend a few times a day is starting to grate. Thinking of bringing in some minced beef into the equation, if my maths is correct;
if minced beef comes in 800g packs, then twp of them would make enough for eight portions at 7oz a portion
Start mixing that up with the quinoa and maybe sub in some peas for the brocolli to get a bit of extra protein in there.

Picture didn't load but if its a spiral metal ball, it's a blender ball. Supposed to help with mixing, tnuc to clean. Not need for them IMO, chucked the ones I had.

yeah is a spiral metal ball, I thought that was what it was for but it seems a bit silly and unnecessary

Decent quality powders should mix with a spoon. If you've got lumps, it generally means it's been made with lower quality ingredients.
What brand you using?

No idea, that probably says enough lol. I believe it´s just body&fit brand.
