I think "exfoliating" or "exfoliation" is just another way of saying washing with soap.

its just a modern day word made up by people in marketing and advertising.

Our faces were clean before we had "exfoliating facial/body blah blah whatever bullshit"

I prefer shower gel, but its still just soap.

my parents are going away for 3 weeks tomorrow, ill be alone for the first time since ive had derealisation.

dont know if its a good thing or not, cos i have the house to myself and can do what i want, but i have no one here for me =/

also stuff on soundcloud is 99% shit.
