Not necessarily and as neither of us know the structure of the deal it's impossible to say. If there's an option to buy then the players salary is an issue from the onset. Also if Liverpool are offering to pay more than Arsenal then RM could just reject the Arsenal deal out of hand. It should be announced today and I guess we'll have a clearer idea then. Mourinho is also pushing Liverpool because arsenal is in champions league and I doubt they would want to give players to a team that could be playing against them....
