Save a local copy to your desktop, work on it, then when they've finished upload it and overwrite their changes. That'll learn 'em.

Hmm, okay. I'll take the synth into work with me tomorrow and take it down Maplin at lunch and see if I can find one that works. If not, then I reckon I've got a diode replacement to do
