yeah man. Its not like pills in that you go "oh shit, it's kicking in, better brace myself" it just sort of washes over you slowly.

but in all seriousness, dont forget to remind yourself that you wont feel like that for forever, and that you will feel normal again... sounds silly now but its a common rookie mistake in high doses

Had my first acid trip their and had the time of my life.
Advise? If the trip gets booky or certain people get booky don't feel inclined to stay, as in if the settings not right, just change your environment and your trip will change accordingly. Make sure you've got a very positive mind set on the day too and you'll have the time of your life.

Guessing most people on here got their own stories about acid, here's my loose advice
Low dose of acid is a bit pointless in my opinion because it feels more like it's a substitute (similar to how super mushios make ya feel 'stoned' at a low dose), treat it like a ladder, gotta make sure you get right to the top without looking down first... Enjoy the view without having fear dragging you down or making you worry about the height. First time I did it I thought it was that magical that I made it last for just over three days, made more sense than buzzing and spending a week craving the next weekend to come. Glad I did though, is about the only drug I treat in terms of "take it when it find you" rather than rabidly hunting it down like a smack head with vinegar legs and that daft stroll they do

Also don't feel like a selfish tnuc if you're stuck with a moron and just gotta escape their company, I'm an easy going chap but lose my temper a bit when people get self centered if they're on a bad trip and make it infectious as a way of dealing with it

Same with any psychedlics though... If ya need a panic button to escape, just sit and watch TV. That piece of shit and it's drug vibes can sobre up anything

As long as you were wearing the happy hat, you really COULDN'T have a bad trip. The power of perception is everything...

I reckon you should be fine even with a whole tab. You will be completely lucid, maybe start with half if you're more comfortable with that. I wouldn't try more until you're familiar with it and what it does (i.e. not your first trip), but bear in mind that the higher doses are a different ball game.

Thing is you don't know how much is on a tab. Had one with 400 mics once. Was a rough ride when you're expecting ~100, but still a much lower intensity than shrooms.

also with me - used to smoke lots of weed and do lots of md and that, stopped now though cos I kind of got bored of it plus now I work so much I don't have as much free time in which to get wasted and recover and all that, I do like a drink still and sometimes do a bit of K when pissed, still buy a bit of weed now and then when I get a hankering for it, also had a horrible coke binge on saturday night which I am still feeling
