@Astral - I would probably a get a bit more down before asking for feedback - as you'll probably get a lot of "incomplete, blargh!" lol. I generally like the riff you're using, but there's way too much reverb/stereo widening on those synths.

@nylie - that intro is dope, love it. Probably a bit too long though. I love that heavy-delayed stab you got going on around the tune. Nice rim shot/woodblock snare as well.

@kidstrange - really interesting arrangement you got going on. I feel like the drums need a bit more punch. I'd probably compress the lot (NY compression) together, as it all feels rather separate atm.

@weecali - there's a lot of sub in this track so I can't give much feedback at this point (on shitty headphones at work), but the production and arrangement is very, very nice. Very soulful, feel like i should be at a jazz club sipping on wine and watching some woman on stage sing her heart out. Good work :)

@paravrais - not sure what to think of charmander. I think it needs a lot more work. Drums don't really fit with the sounds used imo, or maybe the other way around. Arrangement and general song structure is good, kept me interested. The reese-style bass that comes in around 1.23 is actually a really nice switch up. That snare - you need to layer it with a clap and some other samples I think it needs more impact. I'd also vary it somewhat.

Run Around update in sig.

@jak-a-tron like the background melody and beat...nice groove! Only thing I would change is maybe fade out of the ending... seems to end abruptly and there's a lot going still.

@Janke like what you have so far for revision...

@daisy-chain LOL... love the sample.. the sound is nice too.. well done!

@nonXero for 90% your own samples nice work man!! very zombie filmish indeed ..im on some headphones so i cant really get a good hear of the bass. IT would go great in a film, although i would suggest adding a few more pads/snyths for some more atmosphere and little melodies riffs.. but thats just imo

@Njamimars: THIS IS SOOO SICK!! i really like the intro, especially when you throw the beat on top of that cello. the drop is very well done, in fact the whole piece is very well arranged in my opinion. the only thing i would say is that i feel like your wobbles could be a bit cleaner. just a little too wet if that makes any sense.

@nonXero: i agree with kidstrange on this 3 or 4 different riffs that you could scatter about would make it seem more whole as a song, at least to me. you could also try arpeggios to kind of add a little more variety to the track

@paravrais: I like the sounds you have here, they're interesting :) one of the things that caught me was as the track progressed it felt like it kind of dragged on. it seems a bit repetitive in my opinion. overall sounding good though. very balanced, didn't really have any trouble hearing things if i was to listen for only those things. good composition, just add a little variety to it and you're gold :W:

as for my track, i just took another listen and i think my beat could be brought out a little more. i'll do it when i get home, as for right now though let me here what you think! be brutally honest with me folks. :5:

@Njamimars love what you did with strings, i think the wobble could have a little more mellow sound other than that though its great!!

@nonxeros thats really creative and sounds pretty good!

@amphibian love how atmospheric it is

nonXero: Great work, love hearing people use their own samples. Really cool vibe to the track!

KidStrange: Solid tune. Bass is good. Some cool stereo effects going on. I would maybe switch up the drums a little more.

The Jaft : The drums need to come up in the mix for sure. I really like the keys that come in towards the end of the track, nice melody. I'm not sure if I like your main reese (?) sound, a little too harsh I think. Definately some interesting stuff going on in this.

Weedcali : track is sounding great. The way it develops and unfolds really makes it feel like a song (if that makes sense)

@kid strange Wow, this track is awesome! The wobbles sound great, and contrast well with the atmospheric melody you’ve got. Maybe you could toss in some white noise risers during the little breaks between wobbly parts. Great tune!

@The Jaft Nice melody, and all of the different synth parts sound pretty cool. The drum part is interesting, very active in comparison with the synth melodies. I like the active rhythms of the kick.

@RandoRando Nice track, your wobbles and yoys sound very good. Maybe you could incorporate some of that cool “torture” sample from the intro into the main part of your track.

@nonXero - Nice to see you actualy recording your own sounds man . as for the tune its realy minimal . i recon u need to take some of the low freqencys off the reverbs it makes it a little muddy and maybe see if you can thicken the synth up a little.. good vibes tho. :)

@kidstrange - Love the subers bit at 30 secs.. nice perc sounds but the main wobble sounds sound a bit thin to me maybe try add a few lower mids or a synth following the same pattern underneath it.

@The Jaft - BIG SOUND! if anyithing i think it need to be turned down a bit to let the drums come through a bit more .. but a good job overall.

@RandoRando - Love how it compleatly switches at the drop. mayeb add a few fills in to spice it up a bit.

@mlh295 - thats some sick synth work uve done there real funky shiz . think the snare shuld be alot bigger tho. def got alot of potentual tho.... any remixes avalable?

nonXero:nice dark vibes, plus you def get credit for making all your own samples...like someone else said i might add some more pads or something just to make it more interesing but thats just my opinion. Its definitely cool though :D:

the Jaft: nice start but to be honest that lead isn't too interesting...maybe change that around a little bit (filter it a little so its not so sawy?)

chicken:real heavy track! i like it alot nothing much i would change...ill be following you on sc :corndance:

heres my current wip...its a little brostep kinda tune, let me know what you think!
any criticism/advice is appreciated :D

@amphibian - Love the atmosphere and the suttle movement in progression in the intro.. Keeps it interesting. I love the fluid change into the meat of the song. Big fan of the synth around 2 minutes in.. Id add more movement in the breakdown after the first drop.. Not necessarily any new elements maybe just some automation in the effects..

@Njamimars - Wow .. warm strings.. impressive chord progression. I like a producer who goes out of the norm with this.. nice drum play.. im a fan let me know when you finish this track id love to hear it

@The Jaft - Kind of hard to listen to cause your mixdown is muddy.. Id look into the many mixdown+Eqing threads we have around the forums. I think its also a little tough to tell whats suppose to stand out in the song and would restructure some elements to add suspense or a need for the listener... I do like the sound choices though and i agree bringing out your drums fits quite nicely. Nice job

@RandoRando - I agree with the other poster.. i love the changes and progression.. pretty chill track rando.. love the samples

My WIP is in my sig.. a little remix this week.. enjoy and rip it apart

amphibian - crisp mix.. beautiful tune! makes me feel like i just woke up really early in the morning and everything is cold, damp, everythings still asleep.
only thing i think you could improve is the percussion maybe introduce some new perc elements or variate it more, or maybe some more space in them drums..

Njamimars - cool intro! reminds me of the really old rayman games... iwasnt really fond of the wobbles tho
still pretty swell
what you need to improve in it is the different loudness levels of all the strings

nonXero - something sounds really heavy reverbed... very intereseting tune:) make them strings abit louder! feels like theyr hiding behind all that bass. they shouldnt because theyr beautiful :cornlol:

The jaft - yeah the beat could definietly use some work.. beautiful melodies :) but the track for me is too messy as it is now, work on the structure and arrangements to make the borders of the different parts of the track clearer, and you got urself a sweet ass tune

WIFE - soundcloud wont let me listen to ur tune:(

chicken - sweet ass intro.. but was expecting something totally different and more danceable after the drop!! like the hooks (chorus or whatever it scalled) tune got abit slow and empty in the last part tho

brex - some sweet sounds in there but sample was pure shiet imo and tune is only 53 seconds whata??

raincoastdisaster - goosebumps in the intro pretty much, after the drop my face went from :) to :( the chorus was pretty uninspiring to me
although you should try and spare a little bit on the vocals it got pretty repetetive with the same vox over and over.. use them rare and wisely placed instead and ill promise theyll do twice as much impact on the listener :)

just wanna say thanks for the feedback. sorry if i didnt comment back! just lemme know!

@@Nacklewicket:: dope tune overall. great samples in the intro. interesting bass..the stabby synth plays off of it nicely! and the shaky rises and falls are great. i like the drum kit a lot. drum break is diesel!

@@raincoatdisaster:: not a fan of the song you remixed but aside from that, the way you chop it up is great! maybe overused just a tad tho.. the bass patches are very well produced and the beat is dope. id maybe bump the kick up a little but it might just be my headphones

@@brex:: funny samples. cant go wrong with half baked. kinda funny you place suck dick throughout it but its kinda gay too. bass patches are great. that first patch when the track drops is my favorite. cant tell what goin on with the low end but its just my headphones... good placement on the mechanical noises.

@@chicken:: great build up. not a big fan of the distorted bass patch but the synth on top of it pulls it together pretty nicely. not much else to say really..

@@ the jaft:: loved the intro. drums def need to be louder. the drop wasnt really my thing but thats personal taste. as far as production goes its def original sounding. feel like it needs better structure.

@@amphibian:: everything ive heard from you sounds great man. cant really say much. dope production. drums are always on point ith the vibe of the song. love the sounds youre using. structure is great keepin me interested

@@jak-a-tron:: sorry you dont like the my girl samples haha but that shit is fire imo
for your tune junglist, great drum beat. fits the vibe. not really my style but i can apreciate what youre aimin for. the sounds were kinda random. samples are great. i would add some sort of main riff to it but thats just me!

@@paravais:: charmander has a good idea behind it. not a fan of the 8th note quick slash wobble but its your track and its whatever you like! very interesting noises comin in around 1:20.

@@kid strange:: thanks for the comment bruv. yea the panning was a nice touch on those synths i felt. feel you on the snare. tahts what everyone is sayin haha. ive went back now and beefed it up with a couple layers. added some reverb. soundin bout finished now. cant wait to drop it on some kids this weekend!
for your tune:: lovin it man. ive already commented on it in previous posts. i feel like its done as well! would love to get that track! maybe even collab sometime. im goin to follow you back on soundcloud!

sorry for anyone who commented on mine and i didnt get back to them. its crazy how many pages go by in just a coupe days!
