i've been warned to be on my best behaviour or i'll get banned by the thought police, i mean moderators so don't antagonise me...

...but if you'd listen to our stuff as just music without petty personal prejudice against me you'd hear that we already have

say were'nt you fluffing around making wannabe dubstep also ???

either way making decent full or halfsteppas is no easy thing as I'm sure you found out
The fact that you're not involved in the dubstep scene, and that you haven't heard dubstep on a big rig really, really shows mate.

that's a bit unfair don't you think JJ ???

...comparing us to the best of the best, maybe a better one would be to the worst of the best or the best of the worst

maybe not as good but different and to me different is good...

...i keep saying i'm not hearing much difference these days and i fully don't expect to as more people get turned on to listening to the sound and replicating the lowest common denominator

but if you check back JJ you can find links to tunes like this...
Your file getto.mp3 (5.73 MB) is now online.

BTW...I figured it was you as a moderator luke sending me warnings after calling me a lying racist bastard then not backing it up. I don't think i ve done much to warrant being called a prick or have our music slagged off with such vehemance, but whatever i can take anything thrown at me and throw it back harder

I don't think you should be a mod if that how you're gonna carry on but i do hope you are warning others also not to play with dubmugga cos he doesn't play well with others :(

i don't like scenes UFO and i don't like clubbing with a bunch of drunken pilled out trainspotters. i prefer the musicality, the evocations and underlying philosophy of dubstep in a more intimate enviroment

i cant really handle too much bass on a big rig it makes me sick and i've worked some pretty big gigs with big rigs and played our stuff out on em as a soundcheck and it sounds fine and not just to me either

You've never been to a night, so you have no right to make generalisations like that.

well for that I apologise luke but i don't see why you would be offended if you aren't an australian descended from a convict whoi made good...

...if i were you i'd take offense at doomys 200yr old ruling caste of english degenerates although he is mostly right on that count

and no i'm not dumb but the mere fact that we are all here today means that we are all the ultimate products of human evolution. I just personalised it and i don't do races, i do cultures...

... you do know that ours got fucked over by english colonists under the guise of religion to the point where a lot of our customs and even languages were outlawed and lets not start on aussies viewing aboriginals as subhuman and not a crime therefore to murder them

Race had nothing to do with it..

...it was all about cultural superiority and yes i do think my culture is superior to colonial english, american or autralian and by the way we have changed the predominantly white mindset here in NZ by infusing them with more noble cultural values and lent our identity to this nation i'd say i was right

UFO I've been to plenty of nights and they are mostly the same either cavernous impersonal spaces or claustrophobic dungeons with little room for intimacy and crowds of drugged up people facing the dj while shuffling and flailing their limbs occassionally

what makes a dubstep night different ???

half-step

which brings us full circle to this...
nedbeauman wrote:Not trying to cause undue controversy, but does anyone else find it a bit dull? I much prefer the pacier stuff e.g. on Search and Destroy's Back To The Underground mix. As Skream said in that interview on Blackdown, a whole night of half-step can feel 'a bit much, a bit dead'. I certainly found that at DMZ (although I still had a great time overall, and there are still individual half-step tunes that I love). I'll be disappointed if dubstep as a genre concentrates on half-step at the expense of all other styles. Am I alone?
...and my answer is to evolve halfstep beyond the current boom boom schwack

which is what we're trying to do with tunes like getto...

that doesnt make it not a bannable offense, your still being a tnuc to people. if its not directly offensive to me, u think i should let you get on with it???? LOL

no mate you really are dumb, you've just proven it
again

WHATS DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH YOU BEING A tnuc TO EVERYONE

 this is too much  ive never seen someone so full of shit

give it up luke...

the point about that text you highlighted was to show you that it is rarely about race issues it is about culture and people often confuse the two and start crying racist when they aren't

...i know what i said and why i say it, you obviously don't even when i explain it you as it appears you are too engaged in your own subjective bias towards me to even have a rational objective perspective

If anything i keep proving how thoughtful I am while you keep proving how easy it is to manipulate your thoughts...

...perhaps also you should be asking why does everyone feel the need to be a tnuc to me ??? best thing most everyone could do is ignore me and i might just go away or at least focus on the valid points i raise and not the playful antics I employ

i am sure you have met way more people who are full of shit than me because the plain and simple fact is

YOU HAVE NEVER MET ME !!!

you have no idea what i'm like or engaged me in dynamic conversation to fully ascertain if i am full of shit...

...what if I was the opposite and the most on to it person you'd ever meet ???

would you kiss my arse then ???

ever heard the saying "never wrestle with a pig. you both end up covered in shit but the pig likes it"

you really shouldn't say that about your grandma. In polynesian culture we respect our elders and treasure our family. Saying stuff like that about a person without whose life you wouldn't exist offends me deeply...

hmmm...erasing an event and forgetting it happened what culture is that indicative of ??? where u from marsyas france perhaps ???

remember the rainbow warrior

i like how much time dubmugga has to say the most unintelligable shite, whilst at the same trying to sound intelligent. but it really only makes me laugh a little, then i wonder how seriously you can take someone who says
BASS MAKES THEM SICK??????????????????????
that's funny!

what cracks me up is how americans say shite, easy, merk and brap to try and make themselves sound grimey UK underground cool...

...but it just makes them sound stupid

and another thing is how people take things out of context and quote them...

...for instance what i said was TOO much bass makes me sick
