my sacred trinity is Zurbaran, Velazquez and Bosch.
I go once a month to the museum of seville to watch zurbaran paintings and then you see them live is so magical, the colors have so much life. this is one of my favorite of him
btw he lived like 200 meters from my house lol
Awesome.
I'll have to investigate Velazquez some more (thanks!), but weirdly about two weeks ago me and my lady decided to get a books or two of Bosch stuff after being knocked sideways by one of his whilst we were supposed to be getting excited about a Veronese collection. I thought from the style he must have been from the early 20th Century, but I was about 600 years late!

In my opinion, most realizations on drugs are self fulfilling prophecies.

yeah definitely look up velazquez he is the most interesting painter intellectually, like all his paintings have a whole world behind them. I recommend you this book as an introduction http://www.amazon.co.uk/Velazquez-Jose- ... E8W97XIFE2
ortaga y gasset is the best spanish philosopher and he analysis perfectly the life of velazquez and his ambitions and his pieces!

so mdma has definitely caused this upheaval of your outlook on life yet it couldn't possibly have done the opposite?

Easy m8 I'm not saying it did or didn't do anything to you. Look back at my posts, all I did was ask how do you know?
