I never did it at Outlook...I never got the hype or the price, just for a short buzz.

balloons are hit and miss for most people. some people get nothing from them, and some go somewhere 'else'.
1 canister gives me a light feeling, extra buzzy awareness of the acoustics of where ever you are.
2 or 3 canisters gives me an ineffable 20 sec- minute trip out
if people havn't enjoyed them before, do a double ,with loud musiccc

Them whipped cream ones.
I dunno anyway. I don't do much of it. Seems like a waste after a couple

you can buy em relatively cheaply in bulk but my fuck people charge so much for them if you just wanna balloon, not worth it most of the time imo

I saw Manwell do one while stood up in the sea and thought I'd try one underwater.
Freaked out and realised I needed to breath. Got back into the air. Still couldn't make my self inhale as if I was still underwater. hahaha

I used to do the nos at outdoor trance festivals.
My friend used to bring the big 1-4 m canisters and fill the large balloons.
One lung full had you seeing purple sparklies and hearing trains drive by
time and place I guess

We gave my mate a double at Aeon for the first time and he just knelt down and started making a high pitched whining noise.
