i'm really shit at music and i don't have any patience for it anymore. this isn't me fishing, i know made a couple of good ones, but they were just accidents. i'm fed up with myself. i'm just fed up everything generally. i dont even know why i'm moaning about this on an internet forum, this is fucking stupid

Appraisal at work today,apparently i need more confidence in my approach to repair jobs i've never come across.What the fuck man i been doing the job for a year now and smash every job i'm put up against.I swear they only done it so my bonus is small at the end of the year.Also got told they want me to focus on future development rather than repair work,so hows that gonna work towards me getting more confident at repairs.I am pretty sure these fuck wits don't actually know what they are doing when it comes to personal development.

Dude, for real, take a break - relax, go work out, watch a movie, hang out with friends - do this for a couple weeks and you will be a new man and will have SO much creativity
Also, you sound like you're putting too much pressure on yourself - why do you need to be good at producing so quickly? Remember you should be doing it for yourself first and foremost, because you enjoy it and it makes you happy - that stress you're feeling can only stem from the fact that youre comparing yourself to others and are feeling stressed out because you feel that you arent producing at a high enough level to impress/compare to others. This should be about YOU. Does production and the creative process make you happy? That's all that matters.
It's okay to be frustrated that you aren't living up to your own standards - that's healthy, it means you're pushing yourself. The stress stems from when you force yourself to fall in line with OTHER'S standards.

I've been messing about with sounds for about 5 years now, and barely made any progress (i mean, i dont make "fruity loop music" anymore, you know, preset techno and that) but i'm not having much fun with it, i enjoyed making those shitty tunes the most then i do "serious" music. I have many bits and pieces i dont finish or share, not becasue other people will think their crap, i think they are crap. Which is why i took your advice and made a drone and noise track (sig) because it was actually fun and im bored of conventional music. Wont get me many fans, might not be appreciated but whatever. Sorry about the rest of my mini rant earlier, it sort of triggered a general depression

don't make your tunes with the intention of sharing them with people. it's okay if no one else ever hears it, it's for you.

One of my best friends decided to stop talking to me a couple weeks ago because something I said "offended" her (even though she won't tell me why and the offending comment was extremely trivial)... Okay I can deal with that, but now she's showing up to my friend's parties and shows that she knows I'm going to and just acts like a smug asshole. Like, that's the only thing she does, just sits around, pretends I'm not there, and tries to make everything awkward. It's painfully obvious she's trying to make me feel bad. The worst part is she's moving away in a month, so if I never see her again, this will be how our friendship ends. Why would someone go through the trouble of ruining a friendship like that? I mean at least she could have waited til a week or so before she left so that I wouldn't have to spend a month dealing with her childish bullshit everywhere I go. Whatever, now I guess I just won't have to waste any time missing her when she leaves.
I guess she just misses high school drama or something.
I have so many horrible women in my life right now, I'm afraid I'm going to turn into a misogynist asshole if this shit doesn't go away soon.

Got woken up by a couple fucking jahova's witnesses this morning... That is really just the most terrible way to start your day.
"Good morning sir, we would like to tell you something about our lord, God."
- "Well there is no god so I don't know what there is to say about him."
"Ah! But that's where you're wrong sir."
- "No I'm not."
That's kind of how the whole conversation went till I asked him that what if there was a god, then why did he make me an atheist? Apparently he didn't really know what to say to that cos after a short pause he gave me the "well god works in mysterious ways" answer...
I then shut the door and proceeded to make breakfast.
They're still here though. Fucking five of them, roaming the streets, making sure they've got every house.

an accumulation of anger portrayed through stereotypes towards my local bar scene:
empty expensive speak easy, judgmental lesbian bar, boring college shit housed bar, scene hipster bar, empty jazz bar, pathetically crowded top-40 dj bar, failing soul/funk night, too-early deep house bar, dirty dive bar, uh shit this a gay bar, thugged out hip hop bar, expensive steak house bar, did i just walk into cheers?, sausage fest bro-step night, gross old folks bar, back alley 40s with the crack smoking homeless, and then black out to try to stand it all...
why isn't there a decent place that plays music that will attract a similar crowd to me and my friends?
why do i still spend money on this shit?
better yet..fuck bars, let's just house party.
