In fairness that may be a bit harsh I don't dislike Liquid D & B,some of it is really well crafted and put together music (some, of course, isn't). It's fine for when you wanna relax and maybe clean your house. But there's pretty much no need for it on a night out. There's not enough balls or energy to liquid D & B to be raving to.

So all in all, quite confused. I don't dislike it but I don't really like it either

I heard some fantastic dnb when I was in Prague back in February. I asked the DJ what he was playing, and he said "liquid dnb", but most of the stuff I've found that is socalled "liquid" is pretty cheesy linear boring stuff without variation and with lots of cheap jazzy cuts. His stuff was more floaty and deeper sounding without getting rock hard. Wish I could find some of that stuff.

I remember loving this track back in the day by the way, guess you could call it liquid;

I dont like much the jazzy same sounding things but I DO FEEL them deep and floaty tunes A LOT, respect to producers like Calibre, Bungle, Mother Inc...

Just to clear up some misinformed individuals...

Loxy does not, or is not known for playing 'liquid' drum and bass or 'liquid funk'. Along with his sometime production partner Ink they have releases on the harder/techstep labels releasing drum and bass, I believe he was affiliated with Renegade Hardware.

Just to clear up...I'm not misinformed. A comment was made about Loxy being liquid and I concurred in a sarcastic manner because the stuff on renegade snoreware just isn't dark enough for me any more. That's where I was coming from.
