Burial - Untrue
is, for me, way above anything else.
After that I would say...
Burial - Burial
Cyrus - From The Shadows
Headhunter - Nomad
Kryptic Minds - One Of Us
Kromestar - My Sound
Distance - Degenerate
Phaeleh - Fallen Light

Vex'd - both albums
Jack Sparrow - Circadian
and so much more.

I listed all my dubstep albums and tried to whittle them down to 10. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I've gone for only artist albums - no compilations.
1. Burial - Untrue
2. Kryptic Minds - One of Us
3. Clubroot - II (MMX)
4. Clubroot - Clubroot
5. Burial - Burial
6. Pinch - Underwater Dancehall
7. Horsepower Productions - Quest for the Sonic Bounty
8. Dusk + Blackdown - Margins Music
9. Kode 9 and the Spaceape - Memories of the Future
10. Geoim - Island Noise
I'm happy with the order up to about number 5 then it starts getting murky. I can't justify putting Swarms, the new Kryptic Minds or the new Kode 9 and Spaceape albums in there since they're so new. Pipped at the post were:
El-B - The roots of El-B (not strictly an album is it?)
Cyrus - From the Shadows
Distance - My Demons
Dusk + Blackdown vs. Grievous Angel - Margins Music: Redux
Peverelist - Jarvik Mindstate
I'll leave it there.

Guess dubstep is always moving on so it's difficult to know what you'd classify as it now, perhaps you wouldn't strictly call lots of these dubstep, but they're all quality:
Benga: Diary of an Afro Warrior
Burial: (Both albums)
Vex'd: Degenerate
Scuba: Triangulate
Boxcutter: Arecibo Message (his other albums are quality too)
Martyn: Great Lengths
Actress: Splazsh
Jamie Woon: Mirrorwriting
James Blake: James Blake
Mount Kimbie: Crooks and Lovers
...and it makes 11 but: Phaeleh: Fallen light

Only looked into Clubfoot through your post as the artwork intrigued me and I'd never heard of the dude before.
Genuinely stunned by this music, finding it hard to track down the first album though.

Yeah, the first album was one of the few albums to make me go "whoah shit!" I think I like the second one better but it didn't give me the same buzz because I half expected greatness.
You can get it as a 320mp3 or FLAC here, reasonably priced as well -

Or there are a few people selling the CD on Discogs -
