The only thing that's worse than tinnitus is depressing threads about tinnitus.

I have tinnitus, had it for about a year now. Luckily mine isn't too bad, and only annoys me when I try to go to sleep (Dosn't help my horrific insomnia). All this and im only 18, Protect your ears people. I now monitor alot quiter and always wear ear plugs to gigs and when I have band practise.

It is a bit shit but folk need to know, I see so many younger people in clubs and at raves without a thought in the would about their hearing or what may be happening to it.
The more knowledge on your hearing and looking after your it the better.
