yeah walking is awesome. i do lots and lots of walking. makes your brain grow.
also for meditating, mantras help a lot.
Robert Anton Wilson recommends repeating this: "Shamadi Shawadi Shamadi Shawadi Shamadi Shamadi Shamadi Shawadi"
says its like psychic windshield wipers.

as for meditation, dont lock your pre-determined idea of what meditation is inside a box. walking can be useful. anything that you can do/maintain on autopilot whilst still being able to both think and zone out simultaneously. sometimes you dont need your inner dialouge to be completely quiet, you just need it to be more progressive/slower pace. download and listen to some ram dass recordings. will put a smile on your face.
avoid playing depressing/angry music too often. (even if it's dope) i find music effects my mood alot. sometimes more than it should. dont take life too seriously.
dont assume you have to attain anything you dont already have. zoom out
edit spelling mistakes. bit lean

this post helped me a lot
thanks

again, i'm curious: caw milk?
not like we should believe anything just because it's an indian tradition, keep the critical thinking active
