The overall quality is so great here. This REALLY doesn't have a bad tune on it. So far, one of the highlights of 2010 for me along with Strobe lick (trg) and Why (Pangaea) .

(un)fortunately (I'll leave that in the middle) there is a business side to music, so in all fairness to funk eh, I can understand why this happens.
