Radio 4, shipping forecast and general banter from Welsh radio usually gets me to sleep due to the dullness and soothing qualities found in both

Sit at the computer, get really depressed. Have a beer. Don't drink it, stare a page for about 10 minutes. Snap out of it go on another page stare. Close my eyes for half an hour. Open them, its light outside. Get in bed, roll around. By this time its like 9/10 in the morning. Arrange to meet someone, have shower get dressed. Fall asleep.
Once when I was on a really really bad comedown, I felt so shit that I was going to go to sleep in Paddington station because I had no money on my oyster card and had spent my last £5 pounds on food that I didn't eat so no way of getting home.
