Rewiring is the first step to get you off of it. Once you are comfortable with the rewire host you will undoubtedly move on without Reason. Any rewire host will do but I think going from Reason you should seriously consider Ableton. It is a piece of piss to set up the rewire and you should appreciate the workflow of Ableton. You think your fast with Reason, just wait.

Cubase is probably your best bet, FL + Cubase is a noteworthy combination too
