I've never seen a tune have such a collective impact on a crowd as Anti-war Dub at the last DMZ. So I'll go with that.

while I don't think I could personally pick a track, rusko's jahova seems to have a more universal appeal in bringing people in.. even my wife likes it ??.(not that I've played it in a very long time now). she just tends to react blankly at all to most of what I play otherwise, she's used to it
