It's a shame that the stereotypes for people that see dubstep as their favourite type of music get branded 'hipsters'. I mean, the way it's going now, it won't be long until it is like a scene; similar to Bring Me The Horizon, screamo band - loads of teens jumped on that bandwagon.

is this what hipsters are supposed to look like in the UK or something? dressing like the cover of an M.I.A. album doesn't really make you a hipster in my opinion. and no, dubstep isn't hipster music. i dont really think of hipsters as caring that much about dance music in general unless its like justice or something.

hipster = ironic, for the most part.
Hipsters used to like dubstep maybe a year ago but now they're too cool for that and they scoff at how bro'd up it is.

hipsters don't exist
everyone thinks they know what hipsters are, but everyone really has their own definition, there is no common denominator
i guess you could say they are "trendy, pretentious people" but not even a term as broad as that would everyone agree on
it's just something people like to say i guess
i shouldn't even reply to this, i'm just feeding the whole hipster thing

The next question:
Does wearing "Dubstep" branded clothing purchased from non-profit dubstep promoters increase this repulsive trend?..

This is a hipster apparently. Someone who can't spell and asks a lot of needless questions. Don't know how that relates to dubstep though...
such a great blog!
took me forever to realize it was a joke...and the guy is asian! ...makes the whole AZN thing that much funnier.
It's a joke!? I don't read it but a friend of mine loves it. I think he takes it seriously.
