RH makes some awesome tunes
Bombaman & DZ have been doing some fidget / techno influenced stuff recently, TKR is doing good stuff too. Some Peverelist stuff comes close to 4/4 as well, that remix he did for Pole would work I reckon.

This! Anything by Relocate is enormous. TRG also makes some solid stuff, check out "They Know (TRG Berlin Wall VIP)".
