DJ Mush and Magic Mash are up there somewhere
Fabian and (dare i mention) Borgore and Tomba have released some tasty numbers
Goth Trad and Peverelist are two artists i'd like to hear more by
keen to check out some of the other stuff mentioned on this post. if life had a pause button, id listen to all of it...

Havn't been plugged yet, I don't think.
The best way to discover electronic music, I've found, is to check out the record labels. It's a way to link artists and keep exploring.
My favourites:
Hotflush
Planet Mu
Hyperdub
Some of the big ones:
DMZ
Tempa
Apple Pips
Skull Disco
Night Slugs (more housey though, really)
And remember that dubstep -like many others- is not a solitary genre. It all falls under the heading of 'bass music', and often melds into other genres like House and Garage.
Hope that'll get you started.
